Around Compton we are lucky to have low air pollution which makes it an ideal place to run. Unfortunately the same can not be said about the levels of noise pollution.

When running we often get blasted by Dave's Ices melody. It's far above the levels permitted by Defra.
We need your help, by reporting Dave's Ices to West Berkshire Council we hope to get some action from them to deal with this predatory ice cream sales man. We need as many people as possible to report Daves Ices and to do this every couple of weeks.

You can report him for excess volume but that's difficult to prove if you do not have a sound meter.
Other things you can report him for are:
1. Using his loud speaker after 19:00.
2. Using his loud speaker more than once in the same road.
